I am 25, 5'10 and 190lbs. My healthy weight is 165. I am determined to get back to my healthy ideal weight! But I need the help of others to push me to keep going! I am one of those people who have a bright wonderful idea, then forget about it a week later.
I have a wonderful boyfriend who "loves me for who I am" but is also concerned that I am not happy with me like he is. He's gained weight along with me, so we're in this together!
I am in charge of the meals. More veggies, less sauces. Chew slowly (this is a big thing for us... we inhale our food) and practice portion control. Stay away from snacks! NO MORE NACHOS AND CHEESE WITH SALSA AND SOUR CREAM!
He is in charge of excercise. He will teach me how to run properly and safely and will keep me motivated. As well as promising not to laugh or make me feel bad (I haven't ran in possibly 15 years, I know I can't run even half a block without wanting to die)
