57 years old, 140-150 lbs to lose, two years retired, animal lover...Buffy is my chihuahua. Been dieting all my life ...trying to lose (yoyo dieter). Had a trainer 2x a week for six months three years ago and lost 60 lbs for my daughter's wedding. Put back 45 back on. Take a walk every morning with two dogs for an hour - 3 miles. Exercise is not my problem.....overeating is.
