As of Jan 31, 2011 I weigh 165. My average weight is 140, 135ish. I am eager to get down to a healthy weight-and gain some control over my eating habits.
My downfall: I love food, I dont eat because I'm sad or anything along those lines-but I eat because food makes me happy. I need to control my tendencies.
I got on the website because I am looking for people to help me and be supportive of me, as well as exchange tips on how to maintain weight loss, etc-and I'll do the same for yall.
