Hello everyone! My name is Dawn and I'm a midwestern gal born and bred. I've struggled with maintaining a healthy weight since I was a teen. At my heaviest, I weighed 282 lbs. I lost over 150 lbs, hitting 127 lbs. Unfortunately, the weight came off mostly due to stress. I couldn't eat much and was active at the time. (I don't recommend a Divorce Diet, but it was effective.) Over the years I've tried almost every diet, but when I couldn't maintain it, I would regain the weight. I yo-yo'd for years and shot my metabolism. My job requires sitting all day and at 55, my weight again hit 282. I have Type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol and osteoarthritis. I am fed up with all my excuses. I want to look good, feel good, and to regain my confidence. I'm DETERMINED to hit my goal. Watch out! I'm bringing sexy back.
