Gym life since 1/20/2014 (Bodybuilder).
Powerlifter since 11/10/2014
Power Bodybuilder since 3/30/2015.
I joined the gym for the first time in my life because I was feeling weak. Before joining the gym I weighed like 150 lbs. After I became a powerlifter I was eating more and more and gained weight all the way to 174 lbs. Because of that stress all my tendons were hurting so I decided to take a two-week break from 3/15/2015 to 3/29/2015.
The first week I decided to stop having any protein shakes, and stop eating bagels which were like 300 calories each one and I would eat like 4 of them a day. During those two weeks I lost 14 lbs. After I did some research I decided that I wanted to lose all this fat and I did. I went all the way down to 140 lbs. Losing the fat became easy to me afterwards but my strength went downhill and that frustrated me a lot since I love powerlifting.
Well, now I track everything that I eat and I have new goals. Now I'm focusing on building muscle and not bulking a lot. My goal is to be 160 lbs with 10% body fat. My new challenge is to build all this muscle. Now, I don't worry about gaining fat since I know how lose it in no time. Ever since I kept my weight around 140 lbs, my strength went up and I'm breaking new personal records.
