I've never really been out of shape too much but I learned that I was not truly "healthy and fit". In 2010, after a divorce, I made huge changes in my life for the better. I trained and ran 10 obstacle course races every year for a couple years, I started eating High Fat, Low Carb and was in a state of ketosis. Since then, I've been loving my focus, energy, and happy with the way i look and feel. My goal is not to lose much weight as much as it is to be healthy, fit and energetic. I'm not trying to persuade anyone of my view or to follow my, but I would like to always be able to inspire others to achieve the health goals that they dream of.
