I am a 71 year old retired wife of 51 years to Bob, also retired, 75 year old. We have 2 daughters, and 1 son. We also have an 11 year old grandson. My life is complicated by having Diabetes, Parkinson's, Congestive Heart Failure. Kidney failure, and COPD. We are also caring for a daughter and son who are disabled with autism. I have been blessed with a very loving husband, and we have been through a lot together. Being fat is killing me, and I would like to lose weight so I ca feel better, and hopefully add years to my life.
