Healthy dessert 😍 this is my first time preparing such a treat! I’ve never had yogurt with a type of “cereal grain” before, so here I go-I’ve used sultana bran as the base, then a creamy Greek yogurt topped with frozen (thawed) blueberries and pineapple.

1378 kcal Fat: 66.96g | Prot: 51.96g | Carbs: 144.41g.   Breakfast: Jaggery, Lipton Chai Tea Bags, Jaggery, Black Tea, Dairy Farmers Original Milk. Lunch: Grapes, Parmesan Cheese (Hard) , Always Fresh Mixed Olives Deli Style, Avocado, Coles Basil Pesto, White Bread (Home Recipe or Bakery). Dinner: Broccoli (with Salt, Drained, Cooked, Boiled) , Mashed Potatoes (Whole Milk and Butter Added) , Meat Loaf with Beef and Pork in Tomato-Based Sauce. Snacks/Other: Lindt Excellence Smooth Blend 70% Cocoa, Danone Greek Style Yoghurt Natural & Sweet, Coles Fresh Frozen Blueberries, Kellogg's Sultana Bran, Almonds , Medjool Dates , Almond Butter Nuts (with Salt Added) , Strawberries . more...

Oh my gosh, this was so DELICIOUS!!! 🤤 so now I know what all the hype is about- this too would have endless options 😋 Yes, I’ve had yogurt with either fruit or nuts/seeds but 3 -4 or more layers/ingredients/textures isn’t something that would’ve grabbed me in the past, I’d look away. But no more, I’ll look at ways of incorporating these and similar “healthy food items” into a balance snack/dessert and or meal. My weigh in is this Sunday 🙏🏻 hehe I’m already thinking of using my yogurt in a smoothie next- that’s been a while 😁
