I am back, making another attempt to regain control. Too many things were happening recently. I made a decision to take some time off FS. Unfortunately I only once again proved to myself that while I do not lose weight by just counting calories, I do gain weight when I stop doing that. Unfortunately too many things are still going on, but if I do not make another attempt now, I will only have more weight to lose later on.
