Didn't weigh in this morning -Saturday is my day- but it looks like a bit under 2lbs loss this month. I think that's gonna be my pattern - 1 1/2 - 2lbs a month. That means 3 1/2 months to goal. Usually that would be very discouraging but with the Keto WOE it's fine. I love this WOE and can do it forever, I think. I appreciate all the support and love you all. 👍❤

@leon_tasi Way Of Eating as opposed to a diet, a diet being seen as something that is a temporary change, a Way Of Eating as a lifestyle change that can be incorporated into a more fit and active way of life that is healthier, whatever that may be. LOL 🙋🏻
