Weight has been decreasing. I added intermittent fasting to my WOE. Only because I don’t like eating breakfast. I like the few extra mins of sleep. Lol. But seems to be working. And this time around sticking to the “diet” is a lot easier. 2 meals a day seems to fit my schedule better. The craving for sweets or junk food has all but disappeared. However the emotional component of eating still rears it’s ugly head from time to time. I think emotional eating and boredom will be a part of this. Just got to keep looking at the big picture and listening to my body. And not worried about the scale or the daily fluctuations. I am close to breaking into the 270’s. That will be the lightest I will be in idk how long. I did see 282 this morning but I always want to be conservative with my weight loss. It’s good to see low numbers but after eating and lots of hydration the weight increased by a few lbs. we will see what it the weight looks like next week. Until then. Keep your head up. Keep your eyes on the prize and remember every step back it an opportunity to learn something about this new path.
129.4 kg Lost so far: 14.9 kg.    Still to go: 29.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
