This is my 2nd time trying to lose weight. I lost about 40 pounds 4 years ago and I put it all back on. This time around the scale hasn’t moved much at all....but 4 of my pants had to get darts put in them, I can wear some pants that are smaller but my gut is still a gut lol. I hate it! And I’ve been changing up my diet because high blood pressure and cancer runs in my family, and since my dad had his heart attack I will be really watching everything. Just so odd that the scale hasn’t moved...I know I can’t rely on that damn thing but it’s always in the back of my head. This week for my food prep I did 1/2 cup of brown rice and baked chicken with a bag of frozen veggies. And I made some turkey burgers too. I know I eat a lot carbs I like rice and pasta lol have a great week everyone!!
