Despite eating fewer than 1300 calories today (not even intentionally...just wasn't hungry) and the fact that I ate dinner two hours ago, I am feeling really full right now to the point of wanting to vomit. I don't get it. It's also like 85 degrees in my room so I can't sleep. Ughhhh!
