I am so glad that I can get back on track this quickly. What was really scary was how fast I fell off the wagon and went right back into my old bad eating habits.... McDonalds, Sugary Sodas, Candy Bars, French Fries etc. etc. etc.
This has to be a "lifestyle" change it is not a diet.
