Am having my first off day in about 12 days today. Am craving stuff.

Jill, I hope you made it through your day - without giving in to any cravings. Sorry to hear you are dealing with this - but try to up your water a bit and see if that helps at all. (it often helps me...) Love.

Hang in there girl..stay strong. It simply isn't fair that we work so hard and then BAM out of nowhere a craving hits... You are doing so well and are such an inspiration....

Thanks ladies.. I was fine after my burger dinner! They seem to sort me out! AM going to have a good day today - feel much better. I have cravings sometimes and think about food and then say to myself that I am lucky that it isn't often. If this was easy everybody would be skinny!! I am strong and so are you!

You can do it, Jill! I find what helps me is to drink more and more water when I am starting to crave something! You are an inspiration to me!
