Hang in there girl..stay strong. It simply isn't fair that we work so hard and then BAM out of nowhere a craving hits...

Thanks ladies.. I was fine after my burger dinner! They seem to sort me out! AM going to have a good day today - feel much better. I have cravings sometimes and think about food and then say to myself that I am lucky that it isn't often. If this was easy everybody would be skinny!! I am strong and so are you!
