i would like to dedicate my 2.5 lb loss this week to the BORN TO BE WILD CHALLENGE :) i feel great!!
the best part of all of this is that i can really feel my habits changing..it's easier to refuse food i know isn't good for me, and my late-night snacking is almost completely gone.
i've said it before, but i'm so excited to be cheering on all you speedy little racers! it's helping me to stay on track too..150, here i come!

Thats great news! What a great loss! WOnderful that your getting control. Yep, that late-night snacking is a killer isn't it.. I've had the habit since I was a very little girl and mama use to give me ice cream every night or something just as bad. Mama was naturally skinny! But this great healthy feeling is so much better isn't it!! You're doing great, keep it up.... we never know when we need a relief driver! :)
