Sometimes a ' good ass kicking' is good enough. Don't look at what you think you didn't do, look at what you did and be proud of the effort. Then next time you try to do just a little more... 30 more sec. .1 of a mile more... something. focus on doing that little be more than last time.. don't the time a week ago.. just the last time.

Thank you both for the encouragement 🤗 my weight has started dropping again so that's helping with my motivation, along with our step challenge at work. This is the first time I've been really enthusiastic about going to the gym! HAPPY WEDNESDAY!

Interesting results, keep in mind, three important pillars to lose weight efficiently:
- Breathing deep while walking/jogging/running.. "Deep in-hail/ex-hail".
- HRM: should be above 100 b/m "cardio",
- hydrate: as much sweating you get, as much water to drink...
in the end, have one midi banana :), good luck!
