Greetings fellow Health Lovers!
I just want to reminds us that protein is a very important way to stay full, get nutrients, make your body work at digestion and so regulate sugar levels in order to keep your mood stable too.
Eggs, egg whites, chicken/turkey breast, fish, tuna, almonds, cashews, pistachios, broccoli, lentils, parmasean and cottage cheese and Greek yogurt are some of lowest fat/high protein foods out there.
Love yourself and put more into your food budget.... don't forget - GIGO
