No ... not trying to gain weight. I’m eating a combination of high fat and protein, with very low carb. I also do intensive weight training 5 days a week. Obviously I don’t appreciate that anyone would make that comment, but then again, not everyone is supportive or knowledgeable. Have a nice day ! 😃

I wouldn’t be offended. Obviously it looks like an extravagant amount of calories for me-the non weight training me :) but good for you! No judgement!

To answer your question, the calorie intake was less than 250. And to put things in perspective, I burn more than 1000 cal every morning. I’ve only gotten back to clean eating this week, so I’m not expecting results over night. But I do appreciate support rather than what seems like shaming.

To all including bootyn.. do you ever ask what you will do after dieting ? For a women .. hi fat /protein low carb dieting isn't clean eating at all and will be a recipe for failure.. .. if you need to diet your failing already .. think this .. and when you question it ( I've been there in a ex.chef nutritionist , food coach and trainer and was 259lb ..46.5 percent body fat .. now jacked .. 90 lb loss .. 35lb muscle gain .. and I said fuck you to dieting.).. Eat right .. eat what ever .. make better choices and portion out what you eat .. there is no limits to this process .. if your 120lb women .. well you can't eat 5 pieces of pizza and wings and 2 beers .. but why can't u have a slice or 2 .. good sides .. a few wings and a beer .. and keep it simple .. take the time to think before you eat .. we were all taught to eat what we have on our plates .. WRONG!! .. if you need help and you don't want to ever diet again contact .. shawny2spoons@hotmail.com .. say F to dieting !!

everyone is free to eat whatever they like by all means....but why North American cheese is orange? I don't think this is a high quality cheese 🤔

Pizza lover it comes from annato seed. Doesn’t make it poor quality cheese.
