Hello all, I am having a frustrating week. I lost 3 pounds this past week, but the scale has not moved since Monday. Its Thursay here in Guam. I should not have reached a plateau in 2nd week of phase 2 already. I am nervous if I increase the exercise now, I will get up 2 2 hours a day. I already exercise 6 days a week. I do 25 minutes of elliptical, 30 minutes of weight training and 20 minutes of walking. Seriously, I should be still good 2 go with weight loss. Any1 in phase 2 having my problem....... jay

Give it time.....your body might still be adjusting to the changes you are making....after detox I only lost about 2 lbs a week, some times only 1, so it does slow down, you just have to stick through it and keep positive, if you stress about it you will not loose. Hang in there, you can do this!

You do need to give it time. You're body is adjusting to all the wonderful changes you are making, the weight will come off:)

Just keep up the good work and you will see the reward!!! It may not always come off in lbs. but maybe in inches....
