That looks so good. I wasn't sure about bacon. I have some in the freezer and it's always been kind of a treat for me but now I'll get a dinner to go with it. Eggs are yummy, forgot those on my shopping list plus a few other things. Bon apetit.

I buy bacon in bulk wither at Sam's Club or when stores have a really good sale on them. There are times when I have like 5 packs of bacon in the freezer. 🤣

The red salt I got at my local co-op. It's not too different in flavor but it makes my food look pretty.

@TobiCM, change your setting to share your journal and weight and I think that will take care of it. The little line will show when you have 2 weigh ins.

Just the kind of breakfast I would love, but because of my health issues, I have to avoid. Love bacon but doctor said not to have processed meats. I do cheat once in awhile, when I go out for breakfast.

That's not super healthy, i stick to 1 egg per day. And do not take bacon on a daily basis.

@Deepashrestha - I believe she is doing ketogenic and all those foods are allowed. You are incorrect about whether ti is healthy or not. Recent studies say eggs are good for us.

Whatever works for her lifestyle, but to be fair I never have 6 slices of bacon, usually only 3. XD
