Oops! I thought I had about 350 calories remaining today and I went to McDonalds. I should have gone to Whole Foods and eaten something gluten free off the buffet or gotten a smoothie.
48.3 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 2.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
