I feel on top of the world today. Have I mentioned that I LOVE weight watchers, and it is definitely the right choice for me? I love being able to eat the foods I LOVE and not feel guilty about it! I felt like I feasted all day yesterday, but was actually under points a bit! I was over points the day before, so I figure it will all equal out. Can't beat that! I even found the time to get in two 30 minute sessions on the elliptical yesterday, that felt wonderful (my knees disagreed, but we will figure something out there soon hopefully). I bought those egg beaters to cut some calories, but I really can't stand the things, so I'm back to real eggs, and as a result, my fat count is going to be kind of high today (thanks to the added cream cheese - but that is gone now, so I'm glad to have it out of the fridge and in the trash - can you tell I can't stand to waste anything?), but that's OK! Anyhow, great start to what I'm sure will be a great day! I'm praying that the scale will show me something good tomorrow to keep this mood up!
