Well I have hit 6 months on Atkins, have lost 33#s. still got 9 more till goal. This has become a lifestyle change for me, I have found that outside of Atkins is not a diet I want, Eating other things makes me so sick! Also have a year of no smoking! loving my new lifestyle, never looking back.
