I've made it to day three and now I'm beginning to wonder how well this is going to work out. I'm eating a lot less which is good but the one thing I fear is my body going into starvation mode making me worse off than I was. I'm hoping that it simply won't happen but I suppose I'll find out in a few days if I'm doing this right.

If you are getting hungry, you need to eat more. Remember you can have up to 3 cups of rice per day, you can eat all the veggies and fruits you want. Plus it might help if you ate something small every two hours.

Mrs H is right, if you get hungry eat, just don't over due it and make sure you make right choices. Once your body gets used to this you will see some great results!!! Hang in there, you can do this!
