There's a lot of discussion on diet, lifestyle etc... In the end what works for one person may or may not work for another. I am doing, not super strict paleo. Exercising most days, getting out and doing some yardwork, or playing volleyball with the church folks on other days.
Working for me, may not work for you - but I think the key here is sticking with it. Hold yourself accountable, which you do by recording what you do and eat honestly. In the end, you're the only person you can't fool. You'll know - even if you don't want to admit it.
