Fell coming out of my apts on Thursday and was unable to exercise for several days. Todat was first day back. I exercise almost every day for 30 minutes. I do 15 minutes of walking on a treadmill and 15 minutes of peddling on a stationery bike. I actually look forward to going to exercises. I also do chair areobics two days a week for 45 minutes.
