it's been a good week for intermittent fasting , low carb and ketogenic eating , had my blood glucose and cholesterol checked and it's in the healthy zone , this weekend I let cravings take over and had loads of food fun . after today tomorrow it's back to the grind aiming for 1 kilo less this week
