I have been stuck at 146 for 10 days now and it is ticking me off. Of course, I have no one to blame but myself because I just looked at my diet calendar and I have had four big eating days in the ten. I'll have to be more vigilant.

You are still losing, just slower. Exercise more if possible on a few of the "big" days. That doesn't mean eat more if you exercise (which is how our family would think). :-)
