I'm not going to record this because it is not my morning weight (that was 206). This is after a 5 mile run :) But, it feels nice to make the scale show a weight I have not seen in over 20 years :) *update* woke up the next day at 202.5. However, today I will drink a ton of liquid and eat so I expect the scale to definitely go the other direction for a day or so :)
