Best is to train at home too. You don't really need much equipment... Stuff that's already at home. You can do situps with your legs on any chair at home. Pushups can be done too. Climbing a step up and down 10times for 3 sets. | A lot of people try to gym 4-5times per week, you only need 2-3 times to lose weight, 4-5 is for people that really have a deadline or are athletes or gym like athletes. Get your eating routine right first while training at home. Once the eating routine is in good shape, try incorporating gym once a week or twice..upto 3 times. Eventually you'll find the balance that works for you.

Alternatively... go for long walks. Maybe walk to a friend every evening (if they are 2-3 km away). Select a place or route within that distance. <maybe the shop. to buy water or healthy foods>

Thank you Eugene I think changing routine will really help and walking too coz when I work out I do 2hours (10min cardio and the rest weight lifting) whats happening is am building muscle underneath the fat and am getting bigger even my fat percentage is not going down but my muscle is going up.

Better than gaining 4 kg! 🤓

Ye, muscle weighs more than fat.. so there will be a conversion in the process. sometimes people get discouraged. Cause they goto the gym and see incline in weight. Some people just build muscle quicker than losing fat. It will eventually even out.. but remember at some point you muscle mass will stabilize and all that muscle will start burning the fat. so then the weight will go down again.
