This was the start of my journey, 2006 I started losing 1 lb. a year, then about Jan. 2012 I started keeping track in a food journal at 1500 +cal. learned I needed less cal. for my arthritic lifestyle and I need 900 to 1200 to lose weight now trying to increase activity with low impact exercise 3 times a day at short interval with lite stretching. Keep moving forward, keep the eye on the goal!
