Hi Kate! First I fried the ground beef(50 g) without oil, then added the finely chopped vegetables(eggplant 70g, onion 25g), 1 tsp tomato paste, 1/3 cup water and stewet 5-8 min))

I keep a container of Taco seasoning I get at the Bulk Barn an add it to ground beef to give it a little kick when nothing else in the meal is taking center stage.
