I'm still on track and i'm happy that I was able to stay on point while in Phase1. I'm currently doing exercises with weights and they are kicking my butt really bad, I'm sore right now. All in all I feel really positive that I will keep on keeping on!
94.8 kg Lost so far: 9.1 kg.    Still to go: 13.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
