So I'm just starting out with all this and I'm pretty excited. The one thing I'm worried about is that I've already begun this whole thing with a dish based around rice. Rice seems to be controversial in the food breakdown chart so I'm not sure if that was the best choice. But I made a lot of it and I think it should be all right, I'll be sure to work it off or something. =)

As long as you only have one cup of rice a day. You need some carbs to keep you going. Just make sure you are very aware of what you eat, when you eat it, and how fast you eat it. And water. Plenty and plenty of water. You can do it!

Also be sure it is brown rice....other then that mistytsim is absolutely correct! You can do this, just stay positive!
