DAMN. Managed to eat 3 or maybe 4 pieces of a terrys chocolate minty orange. And far to many pringles. NOT a good day. Am going to bed. Why cant i be like all the others on here and lose some bloody weight?! And dont say its cos i eat crap, i know that already! Tomorrow is another day.

Oops!! You know what I try to do when I'm having a bad day - carry on recording everything that I eat, no matter how bad. I'm sure that helps limit the damage, because I don't want to look like a complete pig!! Just put it behind you anget back on track tomorrow - and definitely stay away from the Pringles!! Focus Sam! :D

Aw... we all have bad days... what's important is to just to get back on the wagon. Just keep that focus... you can do it!! I find the diet calendar very helpful in helping me keep that focus. Being in the UK too though, I've had to add much of the food that I eat. But then add it once and it's there for the future... so is no big deal. Keep hanging in there Sam though and hope you're having a nice weekend.
