This week I didn't make the best choices in food but still lost 1 pound. I really need to get motivated and start adding a workout to my diet so the weight comes off faster...I'm also going out of town this weekend so I am worried about all that eating out and making the right choices...
65.3 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 10.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.5 kg a Week

I have sometimes gotten through the "weekend away, eating out" thing by making a contest out of it. I challenge myself to see how many healthy choices I can make... or how much exercise I sneak in by walking. Any way - good luck!

That's a good idea about sneaking in exercise...They have a pool so I can probably swim some laps or tread some water!!
