I realize that this sudden weight gain is almost entirely because the family scale is a pile of junk, but it's still really upsetting and confidence-breaking when it jumps up and down like this.
Honestly it just makes me want to give up entirely, because I can't seem to lose more than 10 lousy pounds no matter what I do.
