Unexpected eating?!
LAst night I popped over to visit my neighbor who'd just returned form Singapore...A quick hello turned into a chat which in turn metamorphosed into dinner...I ended up eating (at least!) 4 vegetarian burritos (from a box, and not at all like the real thing--but ok anyway!) and some jasmine tea (Don't get me started on combinations LOL).

So suffice to say that I think I probably ate all of today's points last night at that meal. Consequently I am going to try to eat very lightly today (minimally I guess) and hope things even out. I went for a walk this morning (have managed to upgrade my 30 minute walks into walks that range between 45 minutes & an hour so that's good. Not this week coming (what with the dental fun looming) but next after that (ie Monday April 19th) I want to try to get 2 walks in a day whenever possible. Probably one shorter (half an hour to begin with) and the longer one.

Keep up the good work and don't worry that you ate those burritos you did it and it is over time to just concentrate on today.

Congrats on going for longer walks! I started walking in my neighborhood, but only for 10 mins, only because I also walk my dog and he's not use to all this exercise or being on a leash. Now get me in a gym, I'll work my tale off. ha ha Don't worry about what you ate last night! How many points do you have in a day? You also need to remember the extra 5 points each day or 35 extra points for the week. You can use them for last night and then you don't need to stress over it. ;) Sometimes, you just can't deprive yourself w/ some good food! :)
