Ok 3 day detox is done. I’m going to continue with Herbalife and see how far it takes me. I’ve dropped 1kg in body fat in these past 3 days. I’m happy
100.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 30.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
