Perfect macros! Surprised on how easy it was for me to hop back on the ketomobile! Must like not feeling tired and sick I guess!

Hey clue me in here, new at this. Does this just mean you’ve stayed Below your daily calorie intake? Or does it mean you have also achieved the correct fat carbs and protein levels as well?

60Pack I actually did both! 95% percent of the time my calories are a couple hundred under the suggested. With my macros I'm usually pretty close like 2 or 3 percent off depending on where my carbs come from that day (like 8% carbs and 67% fat instead of 5% and 70%, respectively).
