*HEAD BOWED* I think I may give up on Jenny Craig...I appreciate you all so much that have positive food suggestions, but I haven't found anything I like other than the fajitas, turkey burger and cereals. I don't like pre-packaged food. I actually lost more weight on my own eating tasty salads and organic foods...have any of you in JC ever encountered this feeling?
108.9 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 38.6 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

I get a little tired of the prepackaged food too; so on the weekends I pull recipes off of the JC website and cook for everyone - gives me a break and tastes so much better. What has your consultant said???

I do not followe it religiously. I mean you have to live in the real world and you won't be on JC your entire life. I say use it for it's convenience and to help you judge portion control. I do my own breakfast, definitely do JC for lunch at work (better than cafeteria) and I probably do JC 4 out of 7 nights a week. My own snacks. I think I can live with that approach. I usually like the chili-concarne, but yesterday was really rough. I knew I should do that instead of the fatty foods in the cafeteria so I stuck to it!

I know what you mean, I just started back up on jenny craig, i quit about 3 months ago because I was so sick of the food. But now that I think of it, just pick differnt things to go with the meal and its not that bad.
