My homemade guac with pork rinds post-workout tonight!

MAN that was good! I am SO full tho LOL I ate tonight because I thought I should. I know I'm at huge calorie deficit, even tho I'm not tracking my food. I've done Atkins/keto so have a pretty good idea what I'm eating adds up to. A normal day is either guac or 2 roast beef/ham pickle cream cheese roll-ups, a lunch cup of unsweetened strawberry applesauce, 2oz smokehouse almonds and smoked salmon w/ cream cheese & spinach. I'm just not hungry during the day and have gotten used to kinda eating throughout the day. As silly as this may sound (poss tmi), my weight-loss fantasy is eventually being able to have skin removal surgery anving my hubby be able to put me over his shoulder and being carried off to the bedroom ☺ I actually changed into my workout clothes in the PF locker room tonight, and honestly, that's a pretty big accomplishment for me, "judgement-free zone" or not.

After you do it for a while, knowing where you're at with what you're eating becomes second nature, no need for all the measuring, tracking, and weighing. Anything I can do to make my life easier, I do it.

Great , I do this - also use pork rinds in soups as crackers , piecrust , they are very versatile - Great
