Pot luck supper in Redcliff last night, followed by eating 2 large bars of dairy milk when I came home & was watching TV. The only reason that I lost for the last 2 days was because I only allowed myself a muffin in the afternoon & didn't eat anything else until suppertime. Had no breakfast or lunch. Haven't been able to exercise for 10 days due to needing the time to let the blood & water blisters on both heels, heal from treadmilling last week, Monday & Tuesday. Going to try doing some of the Redcliff river walk this morning.
