Thank you so much, it is for me too! Since I was a teenager I have never weighed less then 160, it feels really good to make it this far! I lost 13 pounds in the first 2 weeks on induction. I was extremely strict with it though. I also didn't have any sort of added sugar in things, not even any no calorie sugar. Drank tons of water, and still do. I loose more when I drink more. Rule of thumb is half your weight in oz in water, I generally drink close to 100 oz a day. I think everything works as long as you stick to it, and keep pushing on. And when you fall off the wagon hop right back on it. Because I think we all fall off sometimes! I actually eat pretty normal and don't really diet but eat smaller portions when my husband is home for 2 weeks. He works away from home 2 weeks, and here for 2. I think this has actually really helped with the weight loss, as long as I don't go completely crazy, because my body doesn't ever have much time to go into a starvation mode. Then I eat low carb while he is gone. So I will gain a few pounds back when he is home (mostly water though) and then loose those plus a few pounds when he is gone. I do work in some low carb days while he is home too though, so its not all bad. I do more of a carb cycling when he is here. As a workout I started doing bodyrock.tv in January, and have done that for 5 days a week since then except for a few weeks in there were I started to slip up a bit. It's a great workout, and quick which is what I need right now with three kids at home!
