One week!! I made it through my first week with flying colors, although there were a few bumps in the road. I managed to get through it with the loving support of all of you. Thank you so much. From here on out, I hope it's going to continue to get easier as the scale keeps moving down, but of course there will be challenges. I'm praying that I continue to do well.

Of course I'm still stuggling with the exercise thing and I just don't know why. Normally I am so focused. I did get some 5 Hour Energy and I'm going to see if it works, What the hell, right? If it works and all I need is a little energy to get moving, I think it's worth 8 calories. WEll, have a great day everybody. We can all succeed!!!

Good for you! You are definitely moving in the right direction, both literally and figuratively! Keep pushing yourself on the exercise and eventually you will get back in it. We CAN all succeed!!! VRRROOOOMMMM! VRRROOOOOMMMM! GO RED GO!
