I feel like this gets easier every day, like I am able to ease up on my treats and it's not even really that hard!! Awesome! Did another 20 minutes on the elliptical today, though I chose a slower pace than yesterday, I'm just so thankful to have something I can do at home so I don't have to leave and go to the gym, that's where I run into problems. I'm a home body and just like to be at home! I was checking out the options in the list of exercises today, thought it was funny that sitting, deskwork, standing, etc. were on there, so I had to add them to my journal to see what calories I was supposedly using up by doing those. What a workout!! :)
