One more kilo down. Really wanted it to be more but that's still fine. I really can't believe that I have lost 10kgs in 4 weeks! I just need to keep my head down and soldier on. Feeling super motivated.
83 kg Lost so far: 10 kg.    Still to go: 20 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
