Well this is day 2 with fatsecret and still on the wagon. LOL This morning I had decaf coffee w/splenda and a banana. kinda tasty. Since I just got off the initial first 2 weeks of South Beach.

You're on phase 2 now, thats great, making it through phase one isn't easy but is so worth it! I'll bet you feel better now, eh?! no protein or fiber at breakfast today? whatever works for ya. Good luck
