I can't believe I blitzed on the chips last night.....oh dear!

Anyway, today is Sunday. I alwasy find it one of the most difficult days as I am in work for 12 hours and have to get up at 4:30am. Just because I am awake for longer I end up eating more.....I should try to save points during the week really but I struggle to stick to them as it is!

Anyway, today is going OK so far. I brought some bread with me so I had toast for breakfast and went to Subwya for lunch. I studied the nutrition info leaflet last week and so have swapped to a lower point bread and a lower point sauce....I still had a foot long but I've counted it which is the main thing! Normally I would have had a cookie as well but I've not had that today so that has saved another 4 points.

I've brought some fruit to snack on this afternoon, and a 1.5 point bag of crisps if I fancy them. My husband is cooking dinner for when I get home which will be warmed curry - the leftovers from our meal out on Friday. We went out to celebrate him coming hom from his school trip and I just ate half my main course and didn't have dessert which was good for me!

So, that's my weekend so far. Hopefully I can come in with a loss on tuesday but I'm not holding my breath. It's been another really unusually trying week......healthy shopping trip tomorrow morning though so the only way is up from here! I'll be sure to share any recipes that work out well!

Sounds like good planning today. I had the munchies last night too. I had baked some chicken wings for my husband and mindlessly ate 4 not thinking much of it and when I looked up the points it was 12!! That was a lesson learned. Today is a new day. Good luck at work today.

You still managed to make some healthy choices throughout so that is a victory in and of itself. You didn't let loose and go hog wild and that is an accomplishment. Every day is a day to start again. Press on! Eventually the healthy choices will outnumber the rest and you will be poised for success!
